What we collect
Account data (email, and the profile fields you choose to fill in), the calendars, events, agendas and roadmap items you create, company details you publish, and basic technical logs needed to run the service.
How we use it
To operate your calendars, render public company pages you have chosen to publish, authenticate you, keep the service secure, and improve the product. We do not sell your data.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-8M7JBHGBH7) to understand which pages are used. It records page views, approximate location, device and browser type. It does not receive your event contents, notes or calendar data. You can block it with any standard ad/analytics blocker or browser Do Not Track setting.
Privacy of your calendars
Personal calendars are private. Database-level row security means only you can read them. A company calendar is readable publicly only when you mark it public and it has no PIN. PIN codes are stored as one-way hashes and are never exposed to browsers.
The engine
When you use the NOVA X Engine, your prompt and the calendar context needed to answer it are sent to our AI provider to produce a response. It is not used to train third-party models.
Storage and retention
Data is stored on managed infrastructure with encryption in transit. We keep your data while your account is active; deleting your account removes it from active systems.
Your rights
You can view, edit, export by copy, or delete your profile, companies and calendars at any time from the app. For any other data request, contact us.
Cookies
We use a session cookie/local storage entry to keep you signed in, plus Google Analytics cookies as described above. No advertising cookies.
