Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using NOVA X you agree to these terms. If you use NOVA X on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Keep your calendar PIN codes private — we store only a hash and cannot recover them for you.
3. Private and public calendars
Personal calendars are private by default and readable only by you. A company calendar becomes readable by anyone once you mark it public and it carries no PIN. You decide what to publish; do not publish content you are not allowed to share.
4. Acceptable use
No unlawful, abusive, deceptive or infringing content. No attempts to access other users' data, to bypass PIN or access controls, or to disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
5. The engine
The NOVA X Engine acts on your calendars on your instruction. It is automated and can make mistakes; review anything it creates, changes or publishes. You remain responsible for the resulting content.
6. Availability
NOVA X is provided “as is”, without warranty. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may end access if these terms are breached. On termination your data is removed from active systems.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
